Latex Frill Cuffs

This collar can be made with different colour frills. The choker is the Primary Colour with the frills the Secondary Colour. Shown in Black. These are sold as a pair meaning that you will receive a cuff for both wrists. 
 
Made from 0.40 - 0.50mm gauge latex imported from the UK with a single, stainless steel press stud closure.
