Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the personal nature of latex clothing, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us.
Processing Time for Orders
Made to Order Items: Our wait time for Made to Order items is 2 to 5 weeks. During busy periods, this time frame may be extended. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to purchase.
Ready to Ship Items: Items marked ‘Ready to Ship’ will be dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.
Combined Orders (Made to Order and Ready to Ship)
If the customer is to purchase both Made to Order and Ready to Ship items in the same order, the entire order will be shipped once the Made to Order items are complete.
If the Ready to Ship items are required sooner, the Ready to Ship and Made to Order items need to be purchased separately.
Currency
All prices are in AUD (Australian dollar).
Shipping Information
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Free shipping is included for customers based in Australia who spend over $200 AUD in one transaction.
Domestic Shipping: All parcels are sent via Australia Post express post. Orders over $100 AUD will require a signature on delivery.
International Shipping: All parcels are sent via Australia Post express post. All parcels require a signature on delivery. The customer is responsible for any import taxes or duties on their order.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Debauch Latex does not take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Insurance is available for all parcels at the customer expense. Please contact us prior to purchase or within 24 hours of placing the order to request an estimate for insurance.
Incorrect Address: It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct.
Payment Methods
Debauch Latex accepts all major credit cards and AfterPay Australia.
Debauch Latex does not charge a transaction fee. Please check with your financial institution whether international transaction fees or currency conversion fees will apply.
Cancellations and Order Modifications
Order Cancellations: Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. In some cases, Debauch Latex may post your Ready to Ship order within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
Order Modifications: Order modifications (size, style and/or colour) must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. In some cases, Debauch Latex may post your Ready to Ship order within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has shipped, your order cannot be modified.
Size and Fit
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on provided sizing charts.
While each item is made to order, Debauch Latex sizing is based on generalised sizing similar to if you were to purchase clothing off the rack.
Size Disclaimer: Due to the handmade nature of latex clothing, there may be slight variations in size.
Requests to Alter or Modify Items
If the customer requests any alteration to an item, the customer takes on all responsibility for the fit of the garment. Debauch Latex reserves the right to refuse any alteration or modification request.
Care Instructions
It is the customers responsibility to read and follow the Latex Care guidelines.
Disclaimer of Liability
Debauch Latex is not liable for any damages arising from the use of products beyond their intended use, or for delays caused by external factors including shipping delays, customs, etc.
Debauch Latex reserves the right to refuse any non standard changes which changes the aesthetics of the products.
Debauch Latex is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil orders due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or shipping disruptions.
Product Availability
Product and latex colour availability is subject to change, and in rare cases, items or certain colours of latex may become unavailable after the order is placed. In such cases, Debauch Latex can offer a refund or replace the item with another, to the same value.
Colour and Material Disclaimer
Colour Variations: While Debauch Latex strives for accuracy in displaying product colours, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or material differences. Translucent Natural will become yellow over time, this is not considered a defect.
Material Disclaimer: Natural materials, especially latex, may have slight variations in texture, colour, or sheen, which are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, and content on the website are protected by intellectual property laws, and customers do not have the right to use or reproduce them without permission.
